Innovation Lead, Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development, Paris

Angela Hanson is a government advisor, a project and team catalyst, and believer in the potential of governments to evolve. Working in the background supporting public leaders and unsung bureaucratic heroes, she helps configure people, processes, and tools around a purpose so they can respond to and shape change. She is an Innovation Lead at the Observatory of Public Sector Innovation at the OECD in Paris where she advises national and local governments around the world on innovation methods and tools. Prior to the OECD, Angela worked within various public sector bureaucracies in the United States, where she developed an admiration for the creativity and perseverance of civil servants.
