Since 2011, Christin Skiera has been supporting the public sector in Germany and Scandinavia in its collaboration with academia, industry and civil society. In 2015, she worked as a policy manager for the German High-Tech Forum, a high-level advisory board on research and innovation policy appointed by the Federal Government. The Scandinavian scientist worked for several years in the public sector in Sweden. Recently, she analyzed Scandinavian models to promote public and social innovation. She is head of Innovation Policy at Politics for Tomorrow. Trained in public administration, she designs co-creative, participatory processes based on diversity and empathy.
