Head of Bucerius Lab, ZEIT-Stiftung, Hamburg
Daniel Opper is head of the Bucerius Lab of the ZEIT Foundation, which deals with current issues of the social change. At present it focuses, more particularly, on the impact of digitalisation on politics, the economy and culture and urban development. Opper studied political science, sociology and media sciences in Göttingen and Berkeley and worked for different media. He is a co-initiator of the Digital Charter of Fundamental Rights for Europe.
