Henrike Arlt was born in 1980 in Saxony, Germany. Since her early youth she is seeking to use her creative and her structured side. After graduating from high school, she originally wanted to study design, but then decided on business administration. She started her career as a job placement officer at the Federal Employment Agency in 2007. As a team leader and later as an inhouse business consultant, she has experienced the imponderables associated with change processes. In 2013, she began an extra-occupational master program for designing public policies. Her interest lies within the paradigm shift in working environment, potential development and participation. Her creative and her structured side is essential to her beeing an innovation practitioner looking for cultural changes.
