Director Volkshochschule Oberhavel and Fellow at Politics for Tomorrow, Berlin
Anna Drosdowska is currently the head of the Volkshochschule Oberhavel, an educational center for adults. She studied culture sciences at the Silesian University in Katowice (Poland), as well as culture and media management at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater in Hamburg and also Basic Track and Advanced Track in Design Thinking at Hasso-Plattner-Institute in Potsdam. Her main fields of expertise are cultural management, theory of culture, adults’ education, NGO management and organizational development. With an extended experience in leading diverse teams, she is constantly working on organizational change and empowering people in order to find sustainable solutions. As a Fellow in the Politics for Tomorrow team she supports the organization of the Creative Bureaucracy Festival Academy.
