Christina Lang is a social entrepreneur responsible for developing the fellowship programs Work4Germany and Tech4Germany. These programs bring tech and innovation talents to the government where they work with public servants on specific challenges, bring in digital and agile work skills and enable knowledge transfer into the administration.
Christina finished her law studies at University of Mannheim with a diploma of law and holds a Master’s in Management degree of London Business School. She worked at the strategy consulting firm McKinsey & Company up to junior project manager and focused on organisations and the public sector. 2019 she supported the digitalization task force of the German Foreign Office for half a year as a freelancer.
