Ketevan (Katie) Gomelauri was part of the government team which implemented 2004-2011 reforms in Georgia putting the country at  the forefront of good governance in the region; in 2012-2015 served as the Deputy Chairperson of the Public Service Development Agency (PSDA) of the Ministry of Justice of Georgia;  Contributed to the establishment of Public Service Halls, Community Centers, Identity Management and Population Registry - the benchmarks of the reforms to gain hands-on experience, thus providing expertise to the government, non-governmental and international organizations within Georgia and beyond.  

She has more than 16 years of experience in managing large scale public administration and democratic governance programs in cooperation with EU, UNDP, USAID, OSCE, UNHCR, UNICEF, Sida, GIZ; Currently a Behavioural Science Specialist in UNDP Georgia Innovation Team and also a board member and PAR projects supervisor of Innovations and Reforms Center with specific focus on behaviourally informed public service design and delivery.
